I am currently applying for various internships to expand my experience in the event industry. I would particulary like to partake in a placement where I can utilise my skills in event design and marketing in order to prepare myself for the working world upon my graduation. I am also looking to find a part time job in retail as I believe this will be the best way to improve skills in customer service and I will learn more about working under management and along side colleagues. 

 

My final major project requires me to work in a group to plan, deliver and evaluate an event. I have chosen with whom I wish to work based on their strengths, I have worked alongside both members of the team before and I believe that we will deliver a creative high quality event between us. The concept for this event is a Mardi Gras street party in association with Five Degrees Below in Falmouth. This concept is still in the early stages of development and I am extremely excited to work on this project.
